With our Bookkeeping Plan , we record all transactions into a cloud software.
If you want to use this cloud software to generate sale invoice / credit notes then we can allocate separate log-in credentials.

For bookkeeping to work successfully , we need to enter your transaction data into the cloud software as efficiently as possible , so we offer the following options

1. Fotos / PDF of All transactions , eg sales , supplier bills. Petrol bills, utility bills   sent to
   1. Dedicated / confidential whatsapp number
   2. Uploaded to a shared Cloud drive
   3. Via email
2. Monthly Bank transactions  exported via excel / csv sheet  and sent as above
3. Mileage details per trip for company use
4. Monthly Payroll data to generate payroll slips

We continually reconcile transactions and if we have queries we keep in touch.
For a simple £25 Monthly Fee you have access to all accounting reports
